Which applies to you
Up to £500
A house or a flat, as long as you have your own parking space. You’ll need your landlord’s permission, and we can help you ask for it.
Up to £500
For your own allocated space. We’ll check what the lease says and deal with the management company if needed.
£500 per socket
For residential lets, including blocks with shared parking. A charger makes a property easier to let to EV drivers.
How it works
Who owns it, where you park and a few photos of the fuse board and parking.
We confirm the grant and get any written permission it needs.
You see the full cost, the grant and the balance you pay.
Our NICEIC electricians fit it, and we claim the grant.
Time left to claim
Permission from a landlord or management company can take a few weeks. Starting now leaves time for that and still gets the charger fitted before the deadline.
