Business questions

Workplace charging FAQs

Who can claim the Workplace Charging Scheme?

Businesses, charities and public sector bodies with off-street parking for staff or fleet. We check eligibility before we quote.

Do we need three-phase power?

For 22kW chargers, usually yes. Most workplaces do well with 7kW chargers on a single or three-phase supply, plus load management. The survey confirms what you have.

Can you work outside opening hours?

Yes. Our standard hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Evening, night and weekend work is available by arrangement.

Can we charge visitors or staff to use the chargers?

Yes. We set up payment and back-office software so you can set your own tariff, or make charging free.
